Wild Yoga<\/h2>\n

I grew up in Finland, where nature is a coherent part of life. It wholly embodies everything; forests and meadows, lakes and hills are everywhere to take a stroll in. Forest is our church, they say and it definitely is a well of spiritual energy to recharge in. I like to take that inspiration and experience and I have a strong emphasis on the connection between nature and my practice of yoga. As well as regular classes at the studio we offer classes in outdoor settings such as parks and forests, to provide a more natural environment. I want to add that bit of wildness to yoga, perhaps taking an ancient, respected tradition, into a modern era. At the moment we offer traditional Hatha-yoga, you can also book private tutoring or yoga parties!<\/p>\n

I welcome everyone and anyone to our classes. I truly believe that all people can benefit from yoga in some way, even if it was just one class. The obvious benefits of yoga are its physical aspects such as strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as its ability to reduce stress and improve mental health. But yoga is also known for its spiritual aspects. It is a practice that encourages self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-discovery. It teaches us to connect with our inner selves and to live in harmony with the world around us. I want to bring into that equation a connection to nature through yoga.<\/p>\n

At its core, yoga is a practice of compassion, kindness, and non-judgment. It is a practice that welcomes people of all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
